Onlineblinds has a principle to deliver all products to our customers’ homes rapidly and safely.
Shipping time differs per product, with all products being delivered within the 2 to 6 weeks time period.
Once your order is ready to be shipped, we will let you know via text or email.
Indoor blinds normally take between 2 to 3 weeks and Outdoor blinds usually take between 4 to 6 weeks.
Returns
All products are chosen based on the purchases of the customers, therefore our company cannot take responsibility for returns or refunds.
Please be cautious when purchasing. However, if the product is delivered with a damage or does not function as intended, we will make sure to check your query as fast as possible and provide you with a new product.
